How to register

  • January 15th, 2020: Meeting registration deadline
  • January 3rd, 2020: Hotel reservation deadline

In order to attend the conference please complete these three steps.


Step 1: Hotel Reservation

Please contact the Consorzio Sappada Dolomiti to reserve a room in one of the Hotels in Cima Sappada. The official Hotel where the conference will be held is Hotel Bellavista (Cima Sappada 35). The Consorzio will reserve for you a room in the official Hotel, or (if no rooms are left) in any of the other Hotels available. The prices are:

Room reservation price per day, per person, half-board option included (Monday 10th lunch + Tuesday 11th lunch):
Double room – single use: target price 60€ (depending on the assigned hotel)
Single room: target price 70€ (depending on the assigned hotel)

To reserve a room send an email to info@sappadadolomiti.com or call the number 0039 375 5330302 (from 9.00 A.M. to 17.00 P.M.), referring to “Meeting GTTI MMSP 2020”. Please use these contacts since the Consorzio Sappada Dolomiti reserved the rooms for us at the special price above.

The Welcome Dinner on Sunday will be held in the Hotel Bellavista (for an additional 18€ over the Hotel cost).

Deadline for the hotel reservation: January 3rd, 2020


Step 2: Registration

Please fill this form (your data will be used strictly for the registration and will not be shared with third parties).

The registration fee (which does not include costs of accommodation and meals) is:

  • Students (SPS Member): 75€
  • Students: 85€
  • Regular (SPS Member): 100€
  • Regular: 110€

and includes the admission to the conference sessions + coffee breaks + Social Dinner (on Monday).

Step 3: Payment

The payment can be completed by credit card or by bank transfer, following the instructions at this link.

You need to create an account, and accept the first two “privacy” checkboxes. Reach the end of the form to change the invoice header/billing information.
